Kiev, 2020. Because of the pandemic, unemployment reigns in the city, strikes follow one after another. The unlucky comedian Levko Durko works in a small entertainment agency and dreams of becoming a stand-up comedian. He suffers from a neurological disorder that makes him laugh in tense situations.
One day Levko’s life begins to crumble, filling the psychic bowl: he is fired from his job, the girl finds another guy, and his mother informs him that his biological father, Mayor Vitaly Dzhebko, once abandoned them to their fate.
Thanks to his worthless performance at a local stand-up show that ends up on YouTube, Levko is invited to a TV show, where presenter Sergei Pridulo makes him a laughing stock … The bowl is overflowing. Levko takes out a revolver and kills the showman. Chaos begins.
